Ricky Razon makes a P2.9 billion tender offer to Apex Mining shareholders. On December 29, Razon’s Prime Strategic Holdings announced a mandatory offer to buy the 2.213 billion shares held by minority owners (excluding directors and officers of APX) for P1.30 per share.
