    1. I enjoyed your analysis. I like how you get into the details and prepare yourself ahead of time for buying opportunities instead of allowing emotions to overtake myself (I feel like I need to be on guard with that in this period of walking through the valley so to speak with so many things happening). Making improvements though, but still need polishing! Thanks for your effort as a team to create excellent content! 😊👏🙏

    2. Win Win Win for microstrategy. Obviously Saylor has been shilling btc, his life literally depends on it. Am I the only one that felt like I was being talked to by a salesman with this one? Generally I like the content of this channel, but this one felt like an ad. Keep your keys people.

    3. Shocking and disappointing to see number of ‘ya but I know more’ replies.
      I honestly can’t imagine anyone in this viewing audience being a fraction as bright. Our money’s on the James and his amazing research…all the way.

    4. Thank you for this. I have a big bag of MSTR currently and my concern was what would be the impact to MSTR stock if a spot ETF is approved, it would stop being the BTC proxy…but it sounds like MSTR would still remain a good BTC play post post-ETF.

    5. No way I'm touching MSTR. There are no guarantees that it's price will ever reflect their BTC holdings unless the SEC changes the accounting rules. High debt and unimpressive revenue. I see no real benefit to holding this rather than buying straight BTC.

      That said, if it's impossible for you to own the real thing then MSTR is an option but I would personally go with a spot ETF if/when one is approved.

    6. Hi James, thanks for all your hard work and education. Not sure if you've made a video on the concept of a 51% attack before, but could you do a deep dive video purely dedicated to this? Many people I speak to use the possibility of a 51% attack as a reason not to invest. Would love to get your in-depth take on it. Cheers

    7. James- great breakdown. Only thing I’m confused about… if MSTR is at an 8% discount with so much debt and GBTC is at a 25% discount (not sure on debt?)… why wouldn’t you choose GBTC S your preferred Bitcoin proxy?

    8. Two BTC proxy options outside of miners.

      MSTR
      GBTC

      Discount to NAV:

      MSTR = 8%
      GBTC = 26% as of today (ranges between 21-30%). 2% annual management fee.

      Why own one, when you can own both. Even with the 2% annual management fee, GBTC is a no brainer given its huge discount.

      There are risks w/both, and James laid out the risks w/MSTR.

      The question regarding a BTC spot ETF is not if, but when. James and many others agree that GBTC will eventually convert to a spot ETF and when that happens, the discount to NAV will go to zero.

      Food for thought. Where do you want to invest?

    9. I could be wrong about this but I recall someone saying that some larger funds can't buy MSTR due to regulatory rules but they could buy a proper ETF. If this is true, it should probably be mentioned as a primary difference. That said, if I had the choice between the two I'd still seriously consider MSTR due to the financial Jiu Jitsu they can do.
