      Honestly it amazes me that when Hollywood white washes a character everyone gets up in arms about it and sometimes even manages to shame them into changing it, but they go and do the opposite and people who have an issue with it are just being incels? You can't have equality if you aren't being equal. This is a prime example.

      Why take a character that has always been white and change their ethnicity? Why not … oooh I don't know, be original and introduce a new character that is a POC? Someone new for people to get to know, a character that can be their own thing?

      I personally don't care what they do with Velma, But I can understand why people are freaking out about it just like how I understand when people get upset about characters being whitewashed. BUT It's the double standard that I have the biggest issue with.

      I had a pan fire like that happen once. Just stood and looked at it for 10 seconds before I remembered my dad told me to get a big wet rag, ring it out really good so it’s a little damp then just smother the pan with it.
