What a stupid project. Why waste money on a lost cause. It would be more intelligent to widen the suez canal and create a two lane system. if israel has too much money maybe the usa should stop funding it.

It seems like a great idea considering it could generate revenue for centuries, I wonder how bad the environmental impacts would be though.

The opening of Isreal Canal will definitely spark WWW3 with all Arabia Countries combine together against America and Israel. The opening of Isreal Canal will surely rob most of all the revenues plus incomes from the Egyptian Suez Canal.
