There's Blood In The Streets of the Crypto Market

Has Bitcoin bottomed? What about altcoins? If not, where lie the lows? Ben Cowen, CEO of Into The Cryptoverse, joins Real Vision’s Ash Bennington to talk about the state of the crypto market.

Technical indicators suggest Bitcoin is in a bear market, but it remains the most resilient cryptocurrency. As Ben sees it, “Confidence in the altcoin market has shattered.” And he expects “valuations to bleed for many months to come.”

Ben walks Ash through recent and historical price action, on-chain data, and social metrics to establish his point of view. He also introduces a new technical indicator, “BTC Terminal Price,” which helps spot major tops and bottoms.

The way Ben reads it, Bitcoin could fall further from here.

Recorded on May 23, 2022.

  1. 15mn to speculate that history will repeat itself without basis to support how it will play out under completely different macro situation with the proof that it didn't repeat during the latest cycle. Thanks PhD, but I already unsubbed from ITC to avoid this bs lagging analysis

  2. People need to chill out….Jesus you buy when its cheap and sell when it goes back up, markets move with stuff like Biden’ senile dementia and the Fed’s ( uselessness ) and sentiment. If you cant handle it dont look at your portfolio till next year, the media need to punt bad news to sell clicks.
