We already have that why does it need to be on a blockchain
Then we turn each property into a NFT. Your deed blockchain and NFTs talk to each other and bam! We just eliminated real estate agents, brokerages, and title companies.

This sounds suicidal if applied on a PoS system. Binance, bitfinex, and kucoin alone could take 51% of supply and change your land deed title…don't act like history doesn't show us rich people can't collude together
