Really nice video sir. I am extremely bullish on MP and just bought more shares today below $27 a share. Averaging up as I bought the bulk of my position in November of last year but once Phase 2 is complete I foresee much better profits and margins.

Early 2022 is the date being tossed around when the Stage 2 refining processing begins. Do you have the engineering expertise to make any quantified assessment as to "WHEN" Stage 2 will actually begin? Sooner or later than "Early 2022"?
Do you have any quantified assessment as to how much the Stage 2 operation will add to Earnings per share?
