      Well, here is the end-of-the-world conspiracy theory: The Deep State and its nameless officials are responsible for what's going on. Just as they are responsible for everything else. It is the DS's intention to severely crash the global economy and, in doing so, significantly reduce the global population. The reason for that, is because the DS's only real concern, its only existential threat, is climate change over which they have no control. The Deep State has concluded that 8 billion earthlings may be good for a capitalistic economy, but it's lousy for the earth's atmosphere. Reducing the global pobulation by anywhere from four to six billions would be a huge step in the decarbonization of our atmosphere and hopefully put a break on the violent changes in the weather. The DS has plenty of money and will easily survive the worst economic disaster and still have all the latest technology at its fingertips. They are desperate to buy time before nature makes life on the surface of the planet totally unlivable. They know there is no escape into space and living underground is their only option. Anything they construct on the earth's surface can't be guaranteed to survive future winds of 300 and 400 mph. Yikes
