I suspect the pace of silver "stacking" will slow as economic pressures mandate budget reallocation for things like nourishment and shelter. The premiums have wiped out any investment potential and I don't see them changing soon. I am always buying (and selling) investments as they appreciate. Always. With silver, I view profitability as fleeting. With few exceptions, I don't want to buy something that doesn't generate any money and put it in a closet until I am 50 years old. As my friends might say about me, "If he owns it, it's probably for sale." ✌🏻🍻
I am in the buy and hold camp, God willing. When I pass, I plan to just hand it over to my son. Well, I guess I won't be doing the handing over😀. My collection is too heavy in silver and am trying to increase the gold. But I still keep buying silver. It is an addiction.
The way I see it despite its erratic behaviour your locking in monetary value while fiat currency devalues around it. Over a prolonged period in terms of its value in currency its going to go up without question because the value of currency is certain to fall. It can't go bankrupt. Its physical worth can't be sold off. That said it's not a good short term bet
Gold and silver can be great stuff im in the everything camp, buy sell flip hold and give away..

Gold and silver is money. Fiat currency is just government backed bank tokens, I hope this clears up your confusion…

Instead of trying to figure out "When should I "SELL" my Silver/Gold for currency?"
Get into the mindset of "When do I want to "BUY" currency using my Silver/Gold?"
I'm more into keeping but I've seen huge advantages in flipping, for example the Queen Beasts or the Marvel coins and I think it's a gut way to have some earnings or maybe get more wheigh on bullion. I'm having huge hopes in the Tudor Beasts series. Already got x2 proof 1 OZ on the two first coins and some 2 Oz bullion too. Let's see where it gets. If no earnings still I'll be happy to have those coins for myself! ☺️☺️
