They imposed sanctions that affected the whole world without asking or even speaking to us about it, and we have to live with it. Wow! Just Wow! Absolutely NO mention is made about the victims of this war – the Ukrainian people. The true purpose of this war was never mentioned in this one-sided, Russian supported video, with absolutely no regards for the Ukrainian people and other neighboring countries who have previously suffered under the Soviet Union – led by Russia – and no longer want to have this experience again. India never mentions anything about the plight and fear of those countries. India is focused ONLY on it's own self-interest and to hell with all others.

When you don’t have a monopoly ie Russia is is not the only country to sell oil then usually it is the buyers who dictate .
Hungary and Chech Republic are small countries, but the way the EU is set up, votes have to be unanimous to be able to change anything.

Price is set by supply, demand and value of the transactional currency. Other factors won’t matter in the long term.
more important than a oil cartel is a limited natural gas cartel in Europe.Just cut the payments Russia receives. Pay only half the agreed price and let P. decide if he takes the risk and stops deliveries to the EU. Because if he does he will damage his gas wells irreversibly. New drilling will be required if the wells ever are to be opened again. It is a risky strategy but it might work. P. cannot spare the money.
