    1. The housing market is going to go down minimum of 25%. Im guessing more like 35%. The bigger houses for high middle class is going to go lower, 40 to 50%. Not an economists but Ive been right 90% of the time. But Ive been off by 2 to 3 years of my predictions 80% of the time. I always see it years in advanced. Ive been calling the stock market since the beginning of last year. The Dow is going to go to 28k minimum.

    2. While smaller markets like ours in Canada have been bubblicious for a very long time, there are only 2 nations whose housing markets have outsized importance to the global banking industry at large: the US and China. And neither of these have healthy fundamentals. Strap in, it's gonna be a bumpy ride.

    3. My father is a Real Estate agent and certainly agrees on the house prices going through the roof – Auckland leading the charge but taking place everywhere. Great for agents as commission increases along with house prices but good luck to first home house buyers

    5. As a Canadian, im currently renting a property built and sold for 320k in 2014. It last sold to my landlord for 760k June 2021. With my savings sitting tight in diversified assets, im waiting until this bubble pops.

    6. was building a position for real estate for 2 years now.
      i had been ready to execute it on september.
      but the bubble is about to pop and mortage has inbcreases significantly.
      im unsure if i should wait it out until the rates come down again, or pull the trigger.
