    The Fight Against A US Mining Company in Jamaica Continues



    Jamaica was once the world’s leading exporter of bauxite, which is the ore from which aluminum is made, but decades of mining have taken a toll on the land and the people. With reserves depleted, the government is now pushing to move mining operations into the most ecologically sensitive part of the island known as Cockpit Country. We return to Cockpit Country to get an update on the fight to protect it.

      Also their is alot of ignorance on the part of much of the citizenry. Jamaicans are being dumbed down regarding our history. We know nothing of it. The elite cares naught for the rest of humanity, they're self-serving.
      If Jamaicans truly know the importance of cockpit country, the government COULD NOT do this.
      My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge.

      My heart breaks for the people in Jamaica and all over the world being sold out by their governments who are in bed with corporations. The current monetary system where profit is put before people and planet is clearly not a sustainable model. It has been proven with the destruction of our beautiful planet and the fact that there are more and more people living in desperate poverty.

      Should have asked Mr Mining Minister if he would be happy to send his child to that school right next to the mine, or if mining is so safe then would he be okay with the company mining right next to his home??

      Anyone who speaks saying the goverment is right is a sell out , the goverment of Jamaica is put in power to serve and protect the people , that is what the Maroons fought the British for, the same people speaking for the goverment would still be slaves now with no voice to be able to chat that foolish talk now, the goverment of Jamaica constitution is built on protecting the land people and soveriegnity of both , that does not mean making deals with outside conglomerates which go against that constitution No matter what the financial gain which niether benefits people or land also future genertions in any shape form or fashion

      Listen to me !!!!! the U.S government and the US embassy the amount of untouched land is not what the question is currently land is being extorted by the officials of the Jamaican government 🙄 the devil of the entire scheme is strongly influenced over and above the entire dark skin people of Jamaica 🇯🇲 and it is the exact same system that has already proliferated above those dark skin people of the rest of the world especially those being exploited under further confusion of the past history of the old task masters [ Wip] the devil is strongly present and is currently being provided spiritually and spiritually above the fact that God himself has already shown us that he has nothing to do with the current wicked ways of men who move about the earth taking and destroying what ever they want and need so long as it shall benefit men of their selfish reasons and selfish needs to exclude good spiritual law abiding humans of a godly society and system different from the ways and actions being used and exploited by the Chinese government and the United States Government 🇺🇸 these forms of government are being implemented by corrupt behaviors of both countries 🙄 to move about the earth and to take and destroy all of whom are not of exceptional people to it's ideological ideas and we dark skin people are currently in danger of being removed and enslaved and further enailated by and on behalf of these evil governmental systems.

      The Jamaican government is trying REALLY hard to incite a civil war, while not the same I've had the privilege of standing with the Ojibwe and White Earth Nation peoples in protest of the Line 3 expansion through their lands and being threatened with tear gas and high velocity paintball guns that have left bruises on my arms made me awaken to the fact that nothing is sacred unless we defend it. There's nothing quite like what you're willing to bleed for to determine your character.
