According to analysis from Georgetown Law Professor and Crypto Advisor Adam Levitin, Ethereum will be considered a security after the Merge from proof of work to proof of stake! This could devastate Ethereum, the Ethereum network, and those who hold Eth!

<Totally agree with what you are saying. I started in crypto in August 2017, and I bought in. I was up 5x by December only to watch that disappear quickly and then watch the original investment go down by about 85% during the ensuing 4 year bear market. I took the opportunity to accumulate more over the last 4 years which was hard to do and at the same time a smart thing to do. I wish I had bought more. I am in profit for now but I am planning on using my experience and what i have learnt from Leonard Yeoh. I have learned from you and other Youtubrs especially my mentor Leonard Yeoh . who taught me how to make trade and increase my crypto from 11 to 27btc that no one really knows what is going to happen in the market..

My guess This Crypto thing will get passed to the CFTC and then because they Are a government agency they will take their sweet ass time to get the regulations in place this could drag on for years couldn’t it?

It <makes sense, BTC and crypto is off helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting in is the catalyst that will launch us into the stratosphere. Most people don't like change but after the change is made they grow used to it and it becomes a non issue usually because their fears never materialize. And benefits they were unaware with before turn out to be far more beneficial. Few if any rug pulls. The projects that initiated the process of regulation have not been ruined, they got involved in setting guidelines and helping the regulators understand the crypto space. I’d get involved more knowing that I have made over 21` btc from day-trade with Jane Donre Crypto in few weeks

Eth would be considered a security in the USA now IF the rule of law was applied i.e. they did have an ICO. The problem is if the rule of law would be applied to Eth, also as Hinman stated in front of a judge, his speech was his personal opinion and not that of the SEC (ethgate)

Randy I work in the oilfield and the oil in the gulf of Mexico is not flowing and the government agencies that go out to do inspections had said to my father they are going to do their best to get the company who has the least to go bankrupt and out of the gulf and there are hardly any platforms flowing oil from the gulf regardless of what Biden says and that has made the economic situation on oil worse because that creates layoffs and means we have to buy oil from outside the country to have enough which in turn causes…..5,6,7,8,9 dollar a gallon fuel prices…
