EU ministers have agreed to reduce their use of gas by 15% from next month onwards in order to save enough to get through the winter ahead – and break the dependency on Russia.

But the cutbacks are currently voluntary and come as Russian gas giant Gazprom announced that, from tomorrow, it’s making further drastic cuts to the supply of gas it sends through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline.

When he said they had been in talks with Ofgem over the last 9 months long before Russia invaded Ukraine. So why do they keep saying it's because of what's happening in Ukraine. As for Europe saying Russia is cutting the gas, what do they think would happen if the US was supplying their gas and they fell out or did something to upset America the Gas would have been turned off immediately. Europe is sending weapons to Ukraine that are killing Russians and then they complained when Russia cut the gas.
What is the problem here. Eu sanctions Russia says it wants to end imports of gas and oil from Russia. So why is there a crisis and whinging. Didnt Zekensky say Germany should stop importing gas from Russia? Lol now Russia showing what it can do and everyone crying. π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£
