imagine that. big oil screwing over everyone in the world. we need to show them what we think. lets work hard to not use any gas or just as little as possible for the next month or two to let them realize that they get no profits if we are not buying it so often. slimline trips, use bicycles, just dont take that trip out, use very efficient vehicles, stop buying as many petroleum based products for a while. they will continue to abuse us if we dont send a message, its that time.

These stocks are owned in large part by retirement funds. So the profit wealth will hopefully be redistributed. The government could even mandate that the profits be shared by dividend payment.

No one was helping oil companies when they are going bankrupt a few years ago. Oil company doesn't set prices, prices are set by supply and demand. If people want more supply then stop demonizing oil companies. You don't complain about record profits by Apple, Amazon or google.. The biggest problem with oil prices is not oil companies, or Russia, it is because of ESG and years of underinvestment.
