Ethereum (ETH) is set to move away from Proof of Work mining in less than two months! Ethereum Classic (ETC) will remain mineable, does that mean it could be the next big crypto? Let’s find out! Subscribe to VoskCoin on YouTube! http://voskco.in/Sub

Once Ethereum moves to Ethereum 2.0 Proof of Stake, it will no longer be mineable. ETH current has an average daily revenue or $20M, but what does that mean for all of the ETH miners? Many suspect that Ethereum Classic (ETC) will become the next best mineable coin once the Merge takes place – but is that possible? Should you mine ETC in hopes of the surge to come betting against ETH 2.0’s success? Is GPU mining ruined because of the change? Let’s look at some data, who is backing this coin, and whether or not it can stand against the behemoth that is Ethereum mining.

    1. I do wish I could comprehend understand and afford to make a profit from the work at hand. I’m so intrigued by the mining all together so I still watch. Keep up the good work.

    2. Please, keep the info coming. I've been mining on and off with my gaming box since 2013. With the merger right around the corner So where do I turn my little GPU farm after the merge? Or do I just leave it on Nicehash as a set and forget setup? Love to hear from ya Vosk.

    3. Hi plz can u give your openion and advice about this miner that mines ETH and ETC :

      ⚜️Ipollo V1 Mini⚜️

      ✅Profit: 0.1124 ETH

      ✅Hashrate: 300 mh/s

      ✅Mines Ethereum: Ethash Algorithm

      ✅ 6GB Memory

Plz i need your evaluation .
      Thank You 🙏🌹

    4. Thanks for your views on ETC, interesting as always.

I have been mining ETC on one of the smaller pools for a while now. The influx of new miners to the pool has doubled in the last week or two. Not sure if this is because of the recent price increase or because of the upcoming merge.

Most new miners appear to be staying on the pool and have fairly low hash power which makes me think that they plan to move to ETC for the long haul. Just my thoughts on the increase in miners.

    5. It is interesting, was talking about this just over a week ago with a friend. ETC is established enough on various CEX and is literally on every DEX it can possibly be on, it has no interest in leaving POW and it has really been seeing some love in the market lately. I'd say whether its truly something to rely upon is a coin flip, I guess it depends if you are the type of person who calls heads or tails.

    6. The main issue with ETC is who controls a majority of the pools and where those pools are located. But yes I have been saying that mining won't be going away. Hardware sales if nothing else will keep it alive. Why isn't Bitmain focusing more on BTC miners that are more efficient? That's a safer bet than any other token if they could just make them more efficient.

    7. Mining ETC until all the ETH hash power moves to ETC. Then I have 15 GPU's that have mined for 20 months. HODL until break even.
