Royalty company profits do not appear to scale with the gold price. From what I can see, their revenues are fixed regardless of CPI and gold price fluctuations. So I'm not sure why royalty companies are relevant when discussing commodity price action. It's a good business model, and I have had a small position on this for a while, but it is a hard 90° turn to go from a commodity price action theory to a fixed revenue business model company.

What real value is gold verse any other natural resource? In a world where people see value in crypto currency (currency developed from 0); does a shiny rock have any real value excepting in production.

Royalty companies do have to worry about production costs, in an indirect manner. If the costs goes up too much the mine will become unprofitable for the miner and shut down, and a mine that doesn't produce anything doesn't generate any royalties either.

ETH/BTC and crypto is off helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting in is the catalyst that will launch us into the stratosphere. Most people don't like change but after the change is made they grow used to it and it becomes a non issue usually because their fears never materialize. And benefits they were unaware with before turn out to be far more beneficial. Few if any rug pulls. The projects that initiated the process of regulation have not been ruined, they got involved in setting guidelines and helping the regulators understand the crypto space. I’d get involved more knowing that I have made over 16` btc from day-trade with Stacy Huth Crypto in few weeks..
