There should be a law filed challenging the ban on Tornado Cash. Each day they keeping limiting our freedoms circumventing the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. Eventually we will have none now is the time to draw the red line especially before the Fed CBDC is introduced.
They will control the exchanges , and the exchanges control the majority of Ethereum , and the same along.

I would literally go to war to defend Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the only bet my children have at living in a better world. Bitcoin not only fixes money but it fixes the election system. It also fixes soooo many other things. But those two things alone will deliver a better world. Bitcoin is accountability on steroids.

Government just needs to ban the holding of bitcoin as illegal, like FDR did to gold in 1933. Just make a fine of 100,000 per offense and 10 years in jail, like they are trying to do with Sheila Jackson’s gun registration act. The new crypto disclosure question on tax returns now seems to be a setup for this. Most normal citizens will not risk the exposure and just dump their holdings. It’s the big black swan event that keeps it from ever becoming freedom. Of course you can give up your citizenship and move to Portugal, but majority will just dump it.
