Russia is a part of OPEC and price cap has been opposed by its member. OPEC even has plan to lower supply to gain profits, then they think to further push russia in completely terminating supply. Will other OPEC members shoulder the void it will cause? Bet if yes it will take a lot of time and by that time EU will already face Gen. Frost.
