It can be used in Voting (Election) , Gambling, Insurance field me
There are a lot of application which can be build. Here's a list of application as per my view-:
1) Anti Corruption System where transaction will be transparent and public.
2)Crime Investigation Department.. Eg: similar to your hospital example.
3) Can be used as unique identifier which can or may replace aadhar card.
4) Can be used in Games, applications, websites which will automatically eliminate hackers, mode apk or software users.

Real estate ownership : it can be used to record and maintain land ownership and transaction. This will avoid lot of disputes and frauds
1. real estate — so in this field there is alot of paper work and verificaitons which is alot time consuming, we can apply block chain to record real estate transactions, verify information and show the ownership
2. voting – using block chain so that no body votes twice and tampering is also not there
In Railways; Passenger enter in train by scanning QR selecting journey after that money deducted.
it can be used in everything. like if there any data you can use blockchain technology. you can use it also in vote collection. etc.
It can be used to record id proof of each individual in a country. Thus we don't have to carry all the documents while traveling .

The think problem is privacy, integrity and confidentiality etc..
