Well I can add my two cents in I can tell you right now the houses that they're building are not worth the paper that you're spending for them.
The materials, Craftsman work, and the location that they're putting some of these houses is ridiculous.

Yeah, lots of projects are getting into crypto and DeFi cuz they all know it is the future of Finance and they are trying to get in early.
Also in crypto projects keep on innovating, like Takepile, which solves the problems of perp dex by introducing more ways to through it staking, with better liquidity during trading for guaranteed solvency. The world keeps innovating the sooner the FEDs realize the better

I appreciate the content you are one of the few that gives his honest opinion and never shills shitcoins. I don't think there is anywhere to hide in the coming Depression 2.0. The dollar and bonds are going higher and probably oil too. That means everything else is going down. Housing is the odd one out that could actually go either way because people have to live somewhere and when the home builders go under then you have no new supply coming into the market, probably 50 year term mortgages coming soon.
Do you know that you can make a good weekly or monthly income while you work from home by investing on bitcoin. I’ll like to direct you on how to earn specifically from home without doing the daily 9-5 job.
Maybe bc companies like black rock are buying thousands of houses at high prices then rent them out. That may be why the builders are not slowing down

Institutions are good for price and likely price manipulation, bad for freedom in money, privacy, decentralization, free markets, and the little guy starting up in crypto (regulations).
Institutions are the trojan horse of crypto. Promise you riches while they take your coins and take control of the market, just like stocks and other industries via govt regulations
You're right, institutions are buying, not average homeowners, they can't afford payments… All part of "you'll own nothing and be happy"

Used to not need a loan to buy a house, you could even just build your own (regulations stop you now). All part of inflation and taxes since 1914. They play the long game
Most new “Homes” in my area (SoCal) being built are townhomes/condos. Are they counting those as actual SF homes? I believe they are and those are not real single homes especially when you pay HOA and Mel a Roose

DAN and DAI, I didn't realize that until now, my two favorite crypto channels are only a letter apart… To reiterate another comment, Digital Asset Investor is a huge part of XRP's success in this case, not everyone can stomach his style though and he'll scare you out of ETH. But yeah Jeremy Hogan and John Deaton are awesome for the updates on this case.

In the UK my lads a builder and saying he's saying 10 years of building just on his site. No slowing down but they are selling the property in batches rather than on selling each house as completed. The property is way over valued around me.

Not so much sympathy with Balina as he had massive kickbacks for his shilling. Allegedly, encouraged others to invest to create his exit liquidity.
