The boss of Women’s Forum Australia is requesting Corrections Victoria remove a transgender prisoner from a women’s correctional facility in Melbourne.
The organisation’s CEO Rachael Wong told Sky News host Chris Kenny that housing a violent sex offender “with a working penis” in a women’s prison, with the person having already committed sexual offences against women, is “clearly not ideal at all and is a complete failure of the system”.
“We’re not saying that this person shouldn’t have their own rights protected and that they shouldn’t have their own safety protected,” Wong said.
“What we are saying is that it shouldn’t be happening at the expense of women’s rights and women’s safety.”

Ok, first of all, if you commit a crime, your rights are naturally gone, you don’t get to choose your sentence, your prison, and you certainly don’t have the right to go into a FREAKING WOMENS PRISON!!! If you are biological male, the only rights a criminal has are bail, having a chance to defend yourself, and the right for a speedy trial. That’s it, not to mention this guy should have been fined, or spend jail time in prosecution from lying because that’s committing perjury, to lie in front of a judge!!!
