Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and years of under-investment in the oil and gas industry have created the deep energy crisis that many countries around the world are experiencing today, a crisis that currently threatens old Europe in particular. What will happen if Vladimir Putin finally cuts off supplies? Where can the governments of European nations find alternatives to Russian gas? In this video we tell you how LNG (liquefied natural gas) and the United States of America have become key players in international geopolitics.

    1. This is why we need to invest in modern advanced nuclear energy options. Small form reactors, LFTRs, Thorium Reactors, liquid reactors, with modern technology, engineering, material science, safety measures understandings and designs, computer technology, robotics, It will really allow any nation to be pretty much be energy independent. Less reliant on fossil fuels. They'll have efficient, stable electrical grids and the rest of the grid could experiment with alternative power sources, etc.
We need to heal from the trauma of our past and see that it came solely from Us not understanding what we were doing, not have advanced enough technology, material science, engineering, safety measures, understanding of how to go about everything, etc. This source of energy will greatly help the world improve towards the future and lowering emissions more than anything else could while having a very stable electrical grid system. Currently we have alternative energy options but the majority of our grid is powered off of fossil fuels and emission producing sources of energy. We will be so much better going forward commiting to modern advanced nuclear energy options.

    2. As the US is benefiting from all political and economic changes, all of Europe is suffering, even sinking. Let alone the poor nations.
What's the plan, US becomes richer and stronger and the remaining world go bankrupt, dive into poverty?

    3. Do I think fracking is an environmentally sustainable option for energy needs, no. But until the world gets its act together on renewable recourses (wind, solar, nuclear, etc) I'm glad the US has had a fracking boom. Imagine the situation today if the US was still in early 2000's energy reality, there would be no excess supply on the market and we would be competing with Europe on the global market instead of helping supply it.

    4. I swear Humans are like: "Okay so how can we make things as frustrating & stressful as possible? Okay yeah let's go with that! Great idea! We will have zero quality of Life but PROFITS! PROFITS BABY!"

    5. "Russia has become an unreliable energy partner". LOL. Dude. Your credibility is nil after that statement. Europe can get as much gas as they want if they pay for it, allow it to flow, and if the US stops destroying pipelines. If you are just going to repeat nonsense propaganda, you can't expect people who understand geopolitics to watch your videos.

And no. Short version. Europe cannot be sustained by LNG from the US.

    6. Europe Freezing this Winter is already off the Table.
      Storages are well filled.
Gas Imports are increasing after Russia has cut off its exports.
Europe will get through this Winter and by next Winter will have Build up replacements.

    7. After the US blew up the pipeline, us Europeans should ask if we even want anything from the USA. With friends like this, who needs enemies? We are probably better off making a deal with Putin. Hell, we are probably better off making a fire in the Livingroom. Should we reward the US for an act of war against us? We should sanction the US instead of Russia. I wouldn't want US gas even if they give it away for free. Besides, the Netherlands has the largest gas fields in Europe. All the infrastructure is already there. It's just not being used now because of the climate crazies.

    8. "Liquified natural gas is basically gas in a liquified state"
      🙄
No 💩 Sherlock. Honestly, who writes this stuff?

France and Germany at odds. Wow. That almost never happens. 🤣

    9. So thats why the US doesnt want Africa to develop its gas and oil fields. Europeans are clouded by racism the prefer suppliers from thousands of km than 15km from africa. Racism is a curse
