Higher prices are coming regardless of what OPEC does or doesn't do. Rag on fossil fuels,etc. for more than 40 years and so less investment,less production,less processing,less transportability,etc.. Obama wanted higher electricity prices,said SOLYNDRA was the GOLD standard for GREEN energy(now BANKRUPT),endless. Biden wasn't even in office and he told voters he wanted to get rid of the fossil fuel industry and JAIL executives. BIDEN has restricted American energy to the point where far less than is needed is coming to market and so prices will continue to rise because of demand.
