    1. European smelters are shutting down due to excessive energy costs. This is significantly impacting the ability of the COMEX and LBMA from restocking as demand for physical silver in particular is surging and flying out the back door. As a result, the paper leverage to physical is increasing to historic ratios making it extremely risky for the shorts trying to pick up dimes in front of the steamroller!

    2. Sam seems a decent guy but his return is based on AUM, so his view is different to investors. The markets have been terrible and remain terrible. $29 to $21 is a rally only if you can entice investors to invest more. Fortunately for him, gold/silver bugs are gold/silver bugs and always buy more – "FIAT is dead" blah blah blah.
