Gov't using commodities future contracts when Pres. Biden doesn't understand why stock buybacks are needed is dumbfounding. Bidenflation makes business costs higher, debt more expensive due to high interest rates, so public companies need to reduce total stocks outstanding and increase sales/margins to drive EPS growth in a contracting economy.
