Smart contract wallets are second class citizens on Ethereum which is why most of them r on L2s. Trade off for building on L2 is that dapps lose composability as compared to being on an L1. However Ethereum base layer isnt suitable for smart contract wallets whereas on Lukso (fork of ethereum2.0 w some minor tweaks) provides a more developer friendly environment as it comes with compatible and flexible dev tools and libraries. Unless one is an eth maxi that worship eth for its brand, there isnt a logical explaination why dapps should not port over to Lukso once mainnet launch. End users are blockchain agnostic.
