Russia claims to have thwarted a massive drone attack on the Sevastopol port on October 28. The Russian Defence Ministry has accused the British navy of helping Ukraine plan the drone attack on Sevastopol. Russia also alleged that the same British unit was involved in the planning and sabotage of Nord Stream pipelines in September. The Russian Defence Ministry claims the ships targeted were involved in the UN-brokered deal to allow the export of Ukrainian grain.

When Russia says the targeted ships were “part of the grain export deal,” what exactly do they mean? Because their only involvement would have been basically remaining poised to destroy any cargo ships, if ordered to do so. Literally no one else was threatening those ships, except the ships that were targeted.
I think without information and evidence Russia has not claim.
