I never saw gas prices in the Midwest over $5.00 a gallon in June, what the hell is he talking about? He said a few days ago when he came into office gas prices were over $5.00 but that's just downright wrong. Does anyone believe anything this guy says?
Good lord, what company would invest when you have a President who promised to end their business? Their taking profits while they can. Go ahead and hit them with a tax and they'll just add it to the cost of doing business and raise prices even more. Look in the mirror and take responsibility Mr President.
The Democrats have pointed out numerous times (and so has Joe Biden) that oil prices are a world driven thing in the US has no control over it. Since we do not have a US exclusive Market us oil companies have to trade on the open market. He tries to blame the oil companies for higher gas prices but it is the Commodities traders that are driving the price of oil even higher and higher. Thereby driving the gas prices higher and higher in the United States of america.
Biden chose to trust that the Saudis and Putin wouldn't suddenly change the supply status. He hoped for the best, but didn't plan for the worst, and we're going to pay for it. There's a lesson in this, isn't there?
The only thing Joe is concerned about is running out of our strategic petroleum reserves before the election! That’ll send the prices through the roof, and if it’s after the election they can blame the Republicans.
