The Russians don’t appear to be saying that the UK did it on their own but rather that the Uk helped Ukraine do it. Those who investigated the incident haven’t chimed in and said that Russia’s claim is contrary to the evidence so I’ll take their silence as indirect corroboration that Russia’s claim is true.
