All wallets / exchanges with wallets have similar t&c's. They keep user funds with Interactive Systems UAB linked to the central bank of Lithuania accounts – hence many restrictions.
This is why I stopped using all third party payment processors, banks, and exchanges and have a ledger. When I want crypto I buy it from friends

I remember when my Trust Wallet became basically useless because I have an amazing iPhone and had to find a solution in another DeFi Wallet. What if I picked a shady wallet?… I would appreciate if the audience is better informed on recovery aspects. Instead of highlighting one DeFi Wallet that happens to be a very great DeFi Wallet making the space better. Go #CRO .
To add on, there are potential benefits to eliminating bad characters from the space, instead of believing in a platform and existing next to endless amounts of bad characters
