      I would have thought that the person(s) involved in a said crime (SBF) would be disarmed as to not added unwanted action. Like if a person is arrested for an 'alleged' armed robbery do they disarm the perpetrator or leave the weapon in his/her custody? So the question is does SBF or other parties directly involved have access to a device to move funds?
