My honest opinion yes I think BTC will see below 10k and if genesis is filing they are going to drop market again! Not FA but I'm in 100% cash. The market has been manipulated as bas as stonks. However I have my hands on a ledger hardware wallet, and when there is real blood in the streets, POUNCE!!! It may not play out for me perfectly but I'll see a reversal if I miss and just ride next run up if and when that comes

Cathie Wood is not an influencer for BTC. She is super smart and fully understands that BTC is the future. The only thing I disagree is the time frame. I think it will go to the moon way before 2030.

bybit isn't a safe exchange, since they started with 0 commission fee – they stopped giving withdrawals stating you violated bonuses. Also, the funds u buy there via p2p can not be withdrawn. Their app review on the app store is filled with such reviews but I didn't focus till it happened to me.
If we go into a recession, as many are calling, we'll see hard dips. Since crypto is not following nasdaq anymore as tech, except for compounding losses at the slightest down trends in nasdaq, i would expect the worst and wait until at least February or March to find actual lows. The only upside is that maybe large players who have a lot invested or want to invest at the bottom will be worried that if they don't carry btc and eth, then the miners will all cut their losses and bail out, so large investment firms, like ark may put in enough to keep that from happening if we see btc go below 14k.
