At the beginning of the summer, I've been dollar cost averaging in Matic. Buying Matic below a dollar will make you money.
I don't think polygon can scale large scale because it is based on eth and the flaws with eth aren't fixable (network speed, fees, fee predictions) even with proof of steak.
what do you thing will happen if the SEC declares most altcoins securities and the exchanges have to delist? I figure that the higher cap projects will just pay up, but it will be scary

Impressive partnerships. Key is they are winning these customers vs. any other crypto. Thoughts on risks helpful i.e. tokenomics, centralization. Zk could be big for next bull run.

Does all this interest and activity on MATIC translate to an increase in price? I invested in both MATIC and ADA during last bull run and saw very minimal gains compared to other tokens. How high realistically can MATIC rise?

Lark you forgot to mention how polygon is carbon neutral/positive using Klima DAO to offset their past and future footprint. This would have helped secure some of the big partnerships. Also the majority of crypto ReFi is based on polygon π³π³

This sounds fantastic, but I really hope Cartesi gains traction as a L2 as well. Cartesi is really opening the entire blockchain space up to new avenues to build with their Linux VM and also devs having the ability to build their dApps with some of the most popular languages on the most popular chains to include Eth. Because they're a L2, the off-chain computational power will be insane. That's actually absolutely massive in terms of growing the space. They are almost single handedly building the bridge to mainstream dApp development.
I'm cautious with Polygon now because Kevin O'Leary's grubby lil fingers are involved.
