The problem is that the people who would write the law don't have a clue about finances or how crypto even works. Just look at how they do their countries budget each year.
FTX was centralized just like the world governments. Regulate away, I say! DEcentralized Finance is the future and no government can regulate that. Now an individual or a corporation can have what was previously reserved for governments only. The world financial revolution is here and the governments fear and hate it. They are no longer in charge!!!
