A guy as intelligent as SBF can't tell us he didn't know, he didn't intent to, he didn't mean to commingle funds, etc. This is a guy who was advising senators on crypto and crypto regulations. He knew perfectly well what he was doing. He just didn't think he would get caught.
Adam does not realize how short term human memory is.
