David is spot on, I am not sure of Chamath’s Trump/media narrative – whatever, he’s upset. I agree with his overall assessment however, SBF has been treated too kindly by everyone who should be looking out for the public. SBF needs to be thrown in the clink, and get tossed like a salad.

I would not categorize Stanford professors as progressive.
They don’t even talk about the mass counterfeiting of coins that would drive these new projects under… Then settle with them for pennies on the dollar so they didn’t pursue litigation. They didn’t talk about the back door that allows Sam to withdraw money from FTX. And who knows the Terra Luna fiasco was probably FTX is doing
Pretty sure SBF isn't getting any restful nights of sleep lately. Not because he fears going to prison. But he pissed off many "wrong" guys that may want to do quite horrible things to him and his family.

This does make sense, the media covering up the higher political bodies' fail rather than covering up for SBF himself because if it was the opposite of that one, then the news should have criticized FTX's crash a lot more. I still wanna see how this ends with SBF behind bars on a life sentence while I also look at other ways to make profit like staking IRIS and PGEN and wait for Polygen's future IDOs.

Remember – Fraud is NOT dischargeable in bankruptcy court. Said plainly, if he isn't found guilty for Fraud, any personal damages brought by any other case he can quickly admit to get the fine/damage amount on the books and then wipe it out in a personal bankruptcy filing. Remember this is different than the FTX bankruptcy filing. So any amount that is not found to be Fraudulent (where he is negligent) he can then file a personal bankruptcy in the follow years and get those debts discharged.
