It's not just about decentralization of network, it's also about how possible it is for a handful of individuals changing smart contract code. I can't see any other blockchain token being a commodity other than Bitcoin. They are blockchain based businesses with varying degrees of centralization. They may be great investments if run right and true use cases emerge (other than swapping tokens and jpeg NFTs), but are indeed securities.
He may be right or wrong! I like Saylor but he wants everyone to buy BTC because he holds over 130,000 of them!! Maybe biased opinion from him. I Buy top 3 nothing else.
XRP owns around 45% now. Not 60%. Companies have been buying it internationally.
