      This is a zero-sum game and someone has to hold the bag in the end.
      Fortunately there's plenty degenerate gamblers whiling to lose their pants.

    2. I realized after publishing that the part of this episode that implies Buffett's approach is contrasted with Druckenmiller is an inaccurate misrepresentation. Buffett has said, "You know, we think diversification is — as practiced generally — makes very little sense for anyone that knows what they’re doing. Diversification is a protection against ignorance." The point about how Buffett would not touch small-cap resource stocks is probably valid though.
