  1. The way SBF's brain froze when asked about clear breech of the terms of service.

Seems more clear to me someone on the "inside" already had "come to us," i.e. blew whistle to DOJ a while back. Prob not from the start but a while back. Might have cut a deal & working as a C.I.? SEC & other civil complaint very detailed & van hardly believe were put together based solely on info available after bankruptcy filing.

I'm surprised no news reports of FBI agents with warrants swarming over FTX offices; oh, perhaps not needed; JR Ray III as bankruptcy CEO likely funnelling everything he can find to DOJ. (Legally, all the records might actually be in the custody of the Court or Ray as the administrator with a duty not to obstruct justice). Maybe this is why SBF said the bankruptcy filing was a BIG mistake – all the records no longer subject to warrant or subpoena.

  2. He must have believed he was untouchable as his actions are so wreckless and blatant. He never saw himself as the Bunny that he is. 20years in jail doesn't get ma and pa investor's money back.

  3. Bearish sentiment….. bullish signal πŸ“ˆπŸŽ…πŸΌ

  4. As always, you provide some of the best researched, informative, thoughtful, and enjoyable content on the cryptosphere. I’m a BTC maximalist and see a global financial markets and sovereign debt crisis as unavoidable. BTC may never fulfill its promise or our hopes, but one can hope – in today’s world, hope is rapidly becoming all we have.

I learned hard lessons on Celsius with the loss of a lot of BTC and altcoins, so I feel for the depositors at FYX. All my assets are now in cold storage, and you played a role in hammering that point home as an essential part of investing in the space. Thank you for all you do.

  5. it's no coincidence that these financial crimes and fraud's are ALWAYS planned and managed by the self-appointed "chosen ones"…that we aren't allowed to talk about (for fear of being labelled racists by the ADL), LOL

  6. Sam will not fight extradition. He is in a very bad prison now, which he deserves. In the US rich people who commit financial crimes are sent to "white collar" prisons. He will have access to many things that wouldn't be expected in a prison. After awhile he may even be allowed to do work release or possibly go home on weekends. Oh and that life in prison thing you can forget that. A deal has already been made. He bribed alot of people in the USG. They want him to keep quiet. He keeps his mouth shut and gets a short sentence. If they thought he was going to incriminate them he never be allowed to leave the Bahamas alive.

  7. I watched FTX astronomical rise and never touched it because I saw SBF as a soy boy when he was acting like those WOKE environmentalists, ESG, Climate change, etc. Typical soy boy. Always stay away from those emasculated males and woke women in your personal and business life.

  8. I am not as convinced as you are that this is over for him yet. He has a lot of connections, can't help but think this was more about preventing him from talking to the congressional hearing than anything else

  9. Today? I was it yesterday… He is in jail, but the people who were taking money from him and his ex girlfriend are on free roam. I believe these are the people who should be arrested and interrogated as well. That dude is just a dumb kid. The people who took money should get their accounts confiscated and the money repaid, and that include Bill Clinton.

  10. He will never walk out of any prison. He will also not be there very long. Do the math. There cameras will be off. Hate when that happens. There will be a rookie guard. They will say he had beef with another inmate and it went down. You'll see.

SBF was only a FRONT MAN.

He is far to meek to be the true brains behind this. Being a Vegan he lacks the testosterone and energy to build such a thing. He was academically smart- smart enough to run operations to some degree for a while until he blew it. He has a very, extremely powerful inner circle. They are all scurrying now like when you turn the lights on at an old, dirty Chinese Restaurant in the bad area of town. I don't see him ever making it to court for this reason. He is done. Game over. Powerful people will protect their interests by any means. Notice how he was not allowed to testify in front of Congress? This is chess, not checkers. Lot's of money and donations. Think about it. This was not the sole work of a dorky MIT grad. No way. There was a machine behind him. He just did the heavy rowing. This is nothing new.

  11. Binance sawΒ unprecedented outflows of coins this week, leaving their exchange. Their proof of reserves fell by $3.5 billion, while Ethereum-based token withdrawals amounted to over $2 billion. However, they managed redemptions and withdrawals seamlessly.
Binance faced the largest stablecoin (BUSD+USDT+USDC) outflows in 24 hours, amounting to $2.159 billion.

  12. He is in custody rather than testifying before the Congress? Keep your mouth shut boy, you getting everyone in trouble. He may even get a Jeffrey Epstein treatment before the hearings begin. Let's wait and see.

  13. He will be out in 2 years or less. Mark my words. He was in the politicians pockets. He might do no time. This country has become a banana republic.
