    If the fourth prong of the Howie test is to identify a third party seeking profits from the expectations of others then Bitcoin would be a security because the miners of Bitcoin are the third party that they are referencing to so Bitcoin is a security in that aspect

    How come you aren't talking anything about xrp or any of the Iso coins. Pushing BTC down retails throats so you guys can get out and leave retail holding the bags. Kinda weird since every country is working with ripple and announcing partnerships left and right.

    Apart from guessing, how you know we not at bottom or near it now? FTX destroyed the market and made it go way lower than people thought possible, after already crashing from Luna. I think it is more chance we will start going back up slowly rather than having more massive dumps (providing there is no other FTX type hits).

    2023 will be a tough but a watershed year for blockchain,the rise of cbdc will bring in real and much needed regulation in this space,finally projects with real utility will rise this will provide more efficiency to the world economy,bitcoin will be made into legal tender in more countries and companies this will flow into 2024 when the halving happens,it will be an interesting time,,the chaff shall be separated from the wheat. Godspeed to us all.
