      James love your content Excellent info but I'll say if you knew of the money laundering going on in ulkraine with zelenske and other players in his govt you would have a very different perspective on that issue …..just saying …

      Real estate isn’t damaged enough! Prices are still high! They aren’t going to pause till 2024. You ain’t listening they’re going to keep rates high till inflation goes down! They will crash whatever because price stability is most important and frankly stuff like real estate needs to be crashed!
