Wow great show!!! No sharting face thumbnails or “2 da 🚀” headlines but just great information to ponder as we move forward. Can’t ask for anything more than that, thanks for brining it to us daily!
Great time to buy and hold quality dividend stocks imo. INTC, LEG, WBA, BNS, IBM, etc etc. Buy at discount prices and get paid 5% per year to wait out the storm.
What about tokenization of real estate?which imo is something that def is going to happen…it’s actually already happening…look at what $land Landshare is doing…and other similar projects…eventually everything will be tokenized and the crypto space usually bottoms out before traditional markets…also, crypto imo will not always be so correlated to other markets…
It’s so interesting that most of the comments on this video are basically saying that Jordan is dead wrong and his theory is trash, and it just highlights where we actually are – the disbelief stage! Most people don’t want to admit this as the most likely scenario because it’s counter to what they want to believe. Most people will unfortunately get REKT in real estate over the coming years as a result because of their bias and because these refuse to look at actual data. What I know is that Jordan Wirsz is an actual pro who has over 1.5 BILLION in Real Estate transactions and has developed his stance through more real estate study and experience than a 1000+ people commenting on this video that he is wrong! Don’t say you weren’t warned!

We still have flippers in the Minneapolis area and they are still pricing their flips like mortgage rates are still near 2%. Until they get shook out of the market, prices will remain overpriced related to the current 6% interest rates. Everyone declaring inventory is too constrained, but that is only because the hedge funds bought them up and a lot are empty because they jacked the rents up so high. I’ll keep renting.
Have to learn to time the market he is saying. So need reliable measures of under value and over value. I am going to have a problem because I "believe in" BTC and don't think its USD value is important (except when buying and selling – and I have been hodling).
