The lithium market has been on the forefront of this worldwide electrification boom. Lithium’s inherent physical qualities make it invaluable to batteries and thus, vital for this major paradigm change. In this interview with Red Cloud Securities’ mining analyst, Koby Kushner, we cover the basics of the lithium market: deposit types, production, end products, security of supply and market dynamics heading into 2023. Not unlike the other battery metals, security of supply appears to be the biggest driver of price appreciation. Listen to Kushner overview of the lithium market’s state of supply. Enjoy!

    1. Totally undervalued clay project is Cypress Development Corp ticker:CYDVF. They have proven battery grade of 99.94% lithium carbonate from their pilot plant. Located in Nevada a top jurisdiction. Clay is at surface very little overburden. It will be one of the few places on the planet where you simply dig up the resource and will get end product on site. It will be one of the most important mines in the US for lithium production.

    2. Here's what I know from 13-14 years of lithium investing. LFP are the more durable of chemistry, cheaper in volume but have drawbacks. China's preference to hydroxide. 1 benefit is reliable supply from miners as carbonate is from natural evaporation, with all these 100 year rain more frequent, China needs security of supply. LFP is far better in many ways if the customer doesn't know, but 1 disadvantage is in recycling (not as profitable, but quality black mass is recovered.
Any developer producing between 25-27 will do extremely well.
A less discussed material that will be in higher demand is the Anode (—) material or process of the cell. It's the only product that's not immediately returned back into the battery chain.

    3. Have a look at Atlas Lithium, $ATLX they have 70,000 acres of land directly next to the largest Lithium hard rock project in South America Sigma Lithium. As well as an NDA other mining rights in nickel and graphite

    4. Just another gamble but worth a look especially with such a decent share structure, the recently acquired lithium interests are a bonus.
BRG (Brigadier Gold) on the tsx has been beat down pretty hard, sitting at $0.035, $2.7 million market cap, 77 million shares outstanding.

    5. There is some misinformation in relation to DLE. Sunraysia a Chinese company uses DLE. It is the only proven and commercially viable technology that is currently being used. Anson Resources and Power Minerals have currently a non MOU with Sunraysia technology.

    6. Companies that can extract lithium and refine it themselves will be the winners. Someone like Sibanye who are developing the Keliber lithium project alongside the Keliber hydroxide refinery

    7. Great analysis < the fin-market(crypto & stocks)) is a very volatile field, and navigating it requires good strategy and TA understanding, Thankfully I’ve been able to acquire both..Big regards to Marnell English for helping me earn over 12btc from day tradng with her siignals and insights
