    1. Global economy? Oh you meant USA, Canada , uk and eu. There are more countries in Global economy , where Russia and middle East will supply at discounted prices. The problem is for only hegemonist countries.

    2. Not convinced that oil prices will rise while a global recession is taking hold. If they do, will countries abide by the Russian price cap or circumvent it somehow? Buckle up buckaroos!

    3. Oil is the 21st century version of 0 BCE or 0 CE of slavery. Work 'em, use 'em, throw 'em away. Slaves, dead dinosaurs and ferns, who cares?!?! Bunker C, Sweet, that is for all those other folks. . .I gotta get my coffee and cream and honey

    4. A barrel of oil contains about 1,700 kilowatt hours of work potential. That's a half decade worth of your work. Add together what the US (For example) uses, and that's a 500,000,000,000 man artificial workforce supplementing our economy. There is no growth; you can only change the rules so the oil comes out of the ground quicker.

When the oil runs out, everybody is going to learn about that which we take for granite.
