The oil market isn't especially strong right now: Oil economist

Rory Johnston, founder of Commodity Context, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss the current state of the oil market. Johnston points to weak inventories and a continued reduction in demand from China as a source of the weakness, but says there is room for the price of oil to move upwards.
