Fed is going to try to kill markets again…obviously. Possibly, at this point, it won't matter what the fed says/does. Once everyone realizes that the holders are still accumulating regardless the bull market will really get going.
Cramer sux
Nobody is buying homes because there are no homes to buy. Less people are listing. New build contracts are basically non existent even where development is occurring, still huge demand…not enough supply. Banks are not lending because nobody is borrowing because there is no supply to buy. Raise the rates all you want at this point…it will change nothing.
