  1. Paul how Do you cover crypto content as frequently as you do and don't understand why they would delist USD tether?

" New York Attorney General found the opposite — that despite the company’s repeated claims, Tether was not always fully backed by fiat currency. The company reached a settlement with the NYAG office, which found that “Tether deceived clients and market by overstating reserves [and] hiding approximately $850 million in losses around the globe.”

After FT x's collapse over fraudulent claims it would only make sense for a massive company in crypto to manage their risk by cutting ties with any company that doesn't have transparent reserves.

  2. I am not a CDC hater, just more realistic these days, regarding it's use and limitations and still use it occasionally .
BUT, I have closed my Coinbase, Gemini and Binance accounts, what is particularly irksome is that they AL:L hold on to your account data for 5Years after the account is terminated (all compliant with 14 eyes protocol"; I find that offensive.
I am NOT a YANK, or EU citizen and find it an intrusion of my privacy AND security, that those entities demand the data retention for the entities to mine/exploit.
Which is why I am transitioning to BUY/Sell, via self custody wallets, so, the Likes of Trezor, Ledger should get their act together and increase the range of tokens available on their devices.

  3. Seems like the big institutions are making a move. The largest banks will not be leap frogged by these little guys, just like the G. Then they will beg you to bring your crypto to the banks to custody and buy through the banks. Banks will stay relevant with Crypto. Otherwise they are essentially obsolete.

  4. Nothing wrong with cdc imo. Great platform and products. Great video and info, but cherry picking cdc (or cardano 👀) to spread fud is not good for anyone…just my humble opinion.

  5. The Ontario securities commission forced them to remove it. CRO is just continuing to be compliant. Tether is an algorithmic shit coin anyway, nobody cares or uses it.
