I also do have $9-$10k in Fundrise – this I left out of the video only because I felt it was too small of a sum.

Appreciate the transparency my guy!
Finally!!! Been waiting to see this!! Awesome video Humphrey! It’s always great to be able to see what’s in your portfolio. This helps me see and understand other prospectives. But, I’m leaning towards sticking with just total domestic + international index and buy/hold haha.
Hi Humphrey! I just wanted to get your opinion on T-Bills in 2023. With the thought that this year may be a recession, would you reccommend T-Bills to get like 4-5% this year? Thanks!
What about Fundrise ?
Thanks so much for sharing so transparently, Humphrey, so that we can all learn from you and your experience.
I wasn’t quite tracking if you were invested at all during the 2008 crash and aftermath?
I’m glad that you’re modeling for us all to keep investing, even and especially during down years.
Could you please explain why you have three different taxable brokerage accounts? Is it safer to keep your money spread across different brokerages as opposed to having just one, or it doesn’t really matter?
Great video!
Robinhood is offering 4% on cash. Why not keep your cash there to easily buy up any stocks if we see a crash?
Don’t forget to link your phone number with webull to improve your account security . Always enjoy watching your content . You rock Humphreys
Why do you hold both VTI and VOO? I’d think you’d only need one of those
I like BTC, GME, VOO, GOLD, PLTR, TSLA. no doubt I think all of these will do well holding long.
what are your dividend earnings per month?
Great video as always Humphrey. Yes I'd love to see that video on how much you made in 2022 especially through social media.
As for this video itself, I know you're a proponent of ETFs and Index funds investing but you do have outsized positions in a few individual stocks. How do you feel about that? Also you've mentioned if you 2xed or 3xed your investment, you'd take the money and run. Do you plan on doing that with Apple and JPM for example or would you keep holding them or even add to them on a pullback? Would you cut your losses and cash out Palantir for example? Just trying to get your insight on how you think about investment. Thanks! Look forward to more videos.
It's good to see that all of us took a hit last year and kuddos to you for not hiding stocks didn't perform.
I got out of most of my risky stocks in October of 2021, but I still got dinged on Tesla and Intel. My philosophy on that is to chalk it up a bought lesson. The lessons you pay for stick with you a long time! Having 1/2 a million at your age is a big accomplishment — you should be proud 👏
Hi Humphrey great video 🙂
Should average person max out their contributions to Roth Ira before investing in non retirement portfolios? Why is it that you don’t have more invested in your Roth IRA? is it because of the flexibility?
Why do you have duplicates on different account's? Isnt it easier to keep each in individual account's? Like jp for example u have it in 2 different account. Can I ask why?
Great job! Hey, even the best have a drag of some kind? You can't be right on everything; especially during a bear? My "pal drag" is tilray…
Only channel I watch for this kind of stuff.
Super informative and transparent. Thank you so much 🙏🏾
You are just missing one thing – Real Estate
Hi Humphrey,
I subscribed yesterday after seeing some of your videos for beginners, thank you for your informative videos
I want to start investing in 2023 but i am reluctant until we know a bit more of what will happen this year
As you said in the portfolio for 2023 video, having cash to wait for opportunities is a good idea, but in the perspective of someone completely new to investing, how can i identify these opportunities?
Thank you and regards 🙂
Nə sə preplatyva nemam kata za avioska nemam dykmetacia sə vodam pod mas
GOLD is a great hedge, bonds and stocks are down this year but gold continues to slowly climb
I like that he's honest and he's probably an accurate representation of the average investor except for the amount of money being so high. He'd probably be way better off if he stopped going for these risky investments though.
“And Watch out for Kevin, he’s out there” lmaoooo
i appreciate the transparency in this video. much respect.
My Robinhood is almost the same, Arrival took my portfolio down 📉
Great video, thank you! I also have AAPL as my biggest overall position (approx 10% of total portfolio in the individual stock) PLUS approx 10% when you count my exposure through VOO/QQQ). I'm curious, do you find that having 30+% of your total portfolio invested in AAPL to be too risky? Obviously it is one of the greatest companies in the world and a "buy and hold forever" type investment. i think of it as a great growth individual name that I know will exist beyond me!
I appreciate your approach to teaching Yang.. To my understanding this just proves how much we need an edge as investors because playing the market like everyone else just isn’t good enough, we just need to hold onto our hopes and wait to see how things turn out because market movements are almost always unpredictable. In my portfolio, I'm noticing more red than green.
