Desk treadmill is a good idea, I think. I'd like to get a decent treadmill in general, because it's cold and I don't like running on ice and snow. I was running 5 miles this summer at least three times a week, or about 9,400 steps per run according to Sweatcoin.

Interest rates are still rising. The federal reserve will only start cutting interest-rate’s, when inflation is under control or when they have no choice. There’s a lag affect. The economy will get worse. Cheaper prices will come again. Their is a bear market rally.
I bought 20 dollars worth of food a couple of days ago and it cost me 68.14. The only thing coming down is items people can't buy if they want to keep eating. Trust nothing, it is all BS.

Idk. I work 2 serving jobs Medium sized restaurants (40-65 tables) and my phone says I walk upwards of 24k steps when I do doubles (10-11HR days) on busy days. Average is around 18k steps
